Fitness Class Descriptions:
20/20/20: The best class to breakup your workout. This hour long class has everything you want. 20 minutes of step combinations to elevate the heart rate, 20 minutes of kickboxing incorporating a broad range of punches and kicks and finish with 20 minutes sculpting head to toe.
Boot Camp: Our fitness boot camp combines a variety of exercises and drill such as plyometrics, speed training, agility drills, form sprinting and flexibility training and a total body workout in a high energy environment. You'll burn calories and strengthen your body in the shortest time possible.
Turbo Kick: The unique Turbo Kick movement patterns, combinations and techniques work together to give the ultimate cardiovascular workout. Full body workout consists of a sport specific warm up, higher paced intervals, easy to follow conbinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and a mind/body like cool down designed to maxomize results and have fun at the same time.
Body Sculpt: This class is designed to burn fat, build strength and tone every muscle from head to toe.
Zumba: Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
Spin Classes
Spin: Spin is a non-impact cycling class that guarantees a caloric burn of 600- 1000 calories per ride. This class is perfect for all levels, allowing you to control the intensity of the workout by adjusting the resistance on bike. Spinning is one of the fastest, most effective ways to slim down and shape up.
Spin & Abs: A 45 minute spin class followed by 15 minutes of challenging abs at the end.
Spin & Sculpt: 40 minutes of spin followed by 20 minutes of sculpting to work your whole body.
