Fitness Class Descriptions:

 
Cardio Pump:
Weight lifting mixed with cardio. Each class is new and exciting.
Cybex Circuit: Using the Cybex machines to tone your whole body. Each class is different, get ready to sweat.
Guts & Butts: 30 minutes of leg and butt exercise will reshape your body.
Pilates: Improves core strength, flexibility, agility all using your body weight.

Zumba: The routines features interval training sessions where fast & slow rhythms and resistance training combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. 

Spin Classes
Spin:
Spinning is a non-impact cycling class that guarantees a caloric burn of 600- 1000 calories per ride. This class is perfect for all levels, allowing you to control the intensity of the workout by adjusting the resistance on bike. Spinning is one of the fastest, most effective ways to slim down and shape up. Don’t forget your water and towel. 
Spin & Abs: A great cardio workout with a challenging abs workout.
Spin Circuit: This fat blasting class will keep you burning with fifteen minute intervals of spin, plyometrics and body sculpting.
